Uptown Urban Craft's Policies

Payment:

Uptown Urban Craft accepts Paypal (preferred) and domestic money-orders written out and mailed to Uptown Urban Craft. International currencies are not accepted. To pay by money-order, please e-mail for further instruction.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped only after payment is received, so for faster order processing it's best to pay via Paypal. Most all items ship within 2 weeks of when your order is received, with the exception of “Made to Order” items which have a 3-week production schedule. You will receive an e-mail conformation once your order has been shipped. If you need an item rushed, please contact us before purchase. We'll make every effort to make sure you get it on time. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, unless another method is requested. The USPS is a wonderful and very reliable method of shipping however, once in a long while they do misplace a delivery (as do all delivery companies) and therefore Uptown Urban Craft cannot be not be held responsible for lost packages. Uptown Urban Craft will have your package insured and/or require delivery confirmation upon request (adds $2 to your shipping cost).

Made to Order Items:

Products available from Uptown Urban Craft marked “Made to Order” are items which are not produced until after an order has been placed and payment received. There is no back-stock kept of these item so expedited shipping is not an option. Made to order items have a production/shipping time of 3 to 4 weeks and insurance on these items is encouraged, though it is at your sole discretion. So what's so great about Made to Order? Because the item has not been made yet, you have greater options for customization at little or no extra cost! For instance, when ordering a Made to Order dress such as The Walker Dress, it's a good idea to include a note with your basic measurements (bust, waist, hips) to help ensure a better fit. If you have questions about alternate colors, hem lengths, or the possibility of a rush order please e-mail Uptown Urban Craft and we will try to accommodate as best we can.

Returns & Exchanges:
