Payment:
Uptown Urban Craft accepts Paypal (preferred) and domestic money-orders written out and mailed to Uptown Urban Craft. International currencies are not accepted. To pay by money-order, please e-mail for further instruction.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped only after payment is received, so for faster order processing it's best to pay via Paypal. Most all items ship within 2 weeks of when your order is received, with the exception of “Made to Order” items which have a 3-week production schedule. You will receive an e-mail conformation once your order has been shipped. If you need an item rushed, please contact us before purchase. We'll make every effort to make sure you get it on time. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, unless another method is requested. The USPS is a wonderful and very reliable method of shipping however, once in a long while they do misplace a delivery (as do all delivery companies) and therefore Uptown Urban Craft cannot be not be held responsible for lost packages. Uptown Urban Craft will have your package insured and/or require delivery confirmation upon request (adds $2 to your shipping cost).
Made to Order Items:
Products available from Uptown Urban Craft marked “Made to Order” are items which are not produced until after an order has been placed and payment received. There is no back-stock kept of these item so expedited shipping is not an option. Made to order items have a production/shipping time of 3 to 4 weeks and insurance on these items is encouraged, though it is at your sole discretion. So what's so great about Made to Order? Because the item has not been made yet, you have greater options for customization at little or no extra cost! For instance, when ordering a Made to Order dress such as The Walker Dress, it's a good idea to include a note with your basic measurements (bust, waist, hips) to help ensure a better fit. If you have questions about alternate colors, hem lengths, or the possibility of a rush order please e-mail Uptown Urban Craft and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
Wholesale Inquiries:
Want to carry items from Uptown Urban Craft in your local boutique? Sounds great to us! Please send us an e-mail with the details of your request product(s), preferred quantities, your company's info) and we'll get back to you with wholesale pricing, production times for large orders, etc.
Returns & Exchanges:
At Uptown Urban Craft we sincerely hope you are happy with your order but if for some unfortunate reason you are not, please e-mail us and we will see what we can do to make everything hunky-dory again! In the mean time, here is a summary of our Returns & Exchanges policy:
- Due to different screen resolutions, there are no refunds because "the color's not quite right". We do everything possible to make sure our product photos show color accurately but if you are still not sure, please contact us to request a fabric swatch, our treat!
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 business days.
- All items must be returned in sellable condition. We will not accept used or dirty merchandise.
- Refunds will be issued via Paypal only after the item(s) have been received and it's confirmed that they are in sellable condition.
- Made to Order items are not returnable under any circumstances.
